Cavaltour to administer transport and accommodation logistic for the WMF (26-10-2005)

Valencia - The travel agency of Bancaja "Cavaltour" is going to administer the accommodation, transport and cultural visits for the WMF, after this mornings agreements with the Foundation of the 5th WMF.

The agreement has been signed between the Manager of "Cavaltour", Jos� Mas Cardona and the executive president of the Foundation "V Encuentro Mundial de la Familia", monsignor Esteban Escudero, auxiliary Bishop of Valencia.

"Cavaltour offered the Foundation of the 5th WMF to provide to associations, groups and participants at the meeting their services in hotels and apart hotels during the event. Their "guarantee of contracting is based at their best economic situation" according to sources from the organization.

It is also going to manage the reserve of space and localities for the for the celebration of events related to the WMF, as well as the travelling tickets for the members of the organisation, guests and participants.
Furthermore it will arrange private flights for groups, transports by coach, trains and rental vehicles. The Agency also offered the foundation an optional service of cultural and recreational activities with personalized attention, local guides or escorts.

The agreement also includes to offer accommodation and transport services to other organisations, groups and participants at the World Meeting of the Families.

Since 1995 the travel agency has got a dedicated department for religious tourism, specialized in congresses, conventions and events.
In its range of activities it includes pilgrimage to holy lands, routes to Marian sanctuaries and worldwide trips to events that are being presided by the Pope, as well as beatifications and canonizations.
